Biography
Me Marie-Noël Douville, partner, joined Me Pierre-Gilles Laframboise in 2003 and has developed a solid expertise in family law.
Me Douville offers a range of services in matters of divorce, separation, property division, child custody and alimony, both for the benefit of spouses and for the benefit of children. She has extensive experience before Quebec courts, whether before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court or the Court of Appeal of Quebec.
Me Douville also specializes in the preparation of cohabitation agreements between de facto spouses. In addition, she assists and offers sound advice to clients involved in a family mediation process. She serves a diverse clientele composed mainly of professionals and business people.
